Steve Clayton, President and Owner of Tyler Homes, Inc., has been in the building industry for over 30 years — including time at a large production home builder, where he saw firsthand the advantages of staying small.
By focusing on only a few homes a year, Steve works personally with every homeowner through the entire custom homebuilding process, and individually supervises the construction of every home he builds. Keeping overhead low lets him find cost efficiencies that simply aren't possible at scale.
That's the whole idea behind Tyler Custom Homes: the person who prices your home is the same person standing on your slab, answering your calls, and walking you through it at the end.
